Some Lounges are open in my area, but I would like to enjoy my diamond plus perks at ALL the Caesars properties that I visit.

Ever since El Dorado took over Caesars has gone down hill. Taking away everything from you Seven Stars & Diamond players. Using COVID as an EXCUSE!!!! Bring back your loyal employees like Terry,Mona & Vicky at Harrah’s Diamond Lounge. As well as Norma from Paris Diamond Lounge. You took away our show tickets. I will not put another penny into your establishment!!!! Hope everyone else will follow suit.

Harrahs’s Laurel Lounge should definitely be reopened. The staff there lead by Mona Prego have been most enjoyable and very much missed.

The one thing my husband and I miss the most the Laurel Lounges. It is such a wonderful place to relax between playing. I feel these should be open for those of us have earned that privilege. Please open them!

Let’s put our friends from the Laurel/Diamond lounges back to work Caesars Entertainment!! Your most loyal customers are waiting. Love all the lounges but Harrahs Las Vegas and Caesars Las Vegas both have exceptional staff that your rewards members greatly miss!

It makes sense to both Caesars group and your customer to open up the laurel lounges. Without them C. Rewards Diamond and up members wander right out of the casino and out the door in search of food and a place to relax. Don't assume that they will stay in a Caesars venue - that's not true most of the time because they are p.o'd the lounges aren't open, they want to go elsewhere.
