the most fun about been a diamond player is been able to go with friends to the lounge , if they close then it will not be a reason for me to maintain my diamond card , thank you so much for your consideration

After much thought, I need to write some more comments. For 10 years I have been a Diamond member. During that time I visited several Diamond Lounges, primarily the Lounge at Paris Hotel and Casino. I was fortunate to have Norma as my server. With a smile, in addition to being a professional, she is one person I really miss. Serving not only me, Norma is unique because she gives herself, making everyone she serves seem special.
All of the Lounges personnel want to get back to serving and those of us, which are many loyal Caesar customers want the CEO to open the Lounges immediately. I would sincerely appreciate a decision.

Open the Laurel Lounges! This is the most valued benefit we have in Vegas and was the reason for our continued loyalty to the Caesars Properties. Have been Diamond plus for over 15 years. Customer service has always been the best in the Laurel Lounges and the Harrahs Las Vegas Laurel Lounge with Mona and Terry are absolutely the best!!

We were very disappointed to hear the diamond lounges were being closed. My wife and I are both Diamond players. We travel to Vegas and stay At the Paris 5 or 6 times a year. Over the years the servers in the lounge like Norma and Mario have become like family. When we bring guests they always say the lounge experience made their trip
We used to stay at the bellagio but switched over to the Paris 100% because of the perks such as the lounge
Taking it away will definitely give us the incentive to start looking elsewhere
And also the drink vouchers are embarrassing to Use. We haven’t used one yet
