Caesars properties used to be a day long visit when I could retreat to the lounge for a break. Now, they are a hit n run stop as I head out and don’t stay as long as I used to do.

Please re open the laurel lounges!! It is the best benefit that is on the diamond perk list! There are so many people that have kept up their diamondships throughout the pandemic to keep this perk. Some have not even been able to enjoy the benefit!! They became diamonds to get into the laurel lounge! We all deserve it!!

The Diamond Lounge benefit is the most important benefit, even though you changed the name to Laurel Lounge. You can keep your free parking perk and open up the Laurel lounges. Many of my relatives and extended family who will not post here feel the same way, and AR also migrating away from Caesars.

Open the lounges already! This benefit should be available to diamond and seven stars immediately as it is an incentive to continue to visit Vegas and gamble enough to keep your current status.
