The Lounge is a place to go and relax without having to gamble for a few hours and enjoy a few complimentary drinks and complimentary appetizer type food. If cutting cost is the reason for this then I suggest you cut your cost elsewhere and not at the expense of your most valued customers. I understand that even as a 7* player I am just a small fish in a big pond. Well, when you start adding up all of us “small fish” we eventually add up to a Whale. There are other casinos out there that we can frequent that offer as good or better Rewards benefits and I would hate for it come to that because I have developed some really good friendships with several of your Lounge workers at several places. I’m sure the cost of running the Lounge is minimal compared with what you take in per year from your Diamond and Seven Star Players. Sometimes it’s little things like the Lounges that keep us coming back. Please consider reopening them soon before we take our business elsewhere. Thank you in advance, Charles Glasser

As a Seven Stars member, I am appalled that your company decided to close the Laurel Lounges. Unlike other Reno. Nevada has a plethora of competing casinos extremely willing to match Tier Credits. Even a loyal Seven Stars member will be persuaded by your competition to move to a competing casino. This is not Reno. Exercise good business judgment and reopen the Laurel Lounges.

As a Seven Stars player I was extremely disappointed when the Laurel Lounges did not reopen. Unlike in Reno where there isn't much competition for El Dorado, players in Las Vegas have a number of other options including Mlife, Wynn, and others that do Tier Matching. It is in your financial best interests to reopen the Las Vegas Laurel Lounges ASAP.

We are long standing Caesar property customers. We have enjoyed the Diamond lounge at Harrahs with our server Mona for many,many years. The lounge and Mona were always a big part of our trip to Vegas. I don’t feel I need to express any loyalty to Caesars properties, with this major perk now gone. Hopeful they will return soon.

I am requesting that Paris-Laurel Lounge
formerly (Diamond Lounge) be opened again so that all the Diamond and 7 star players can enjoy socializing, eating and drinking with their friends. Norma Morales has been our waitress for years and is very helpful and always attends to our needs whenever we need anything. Please open back up soon. These people need their jobs back. Thank you for your time.

We have been loyal Caesar’s customer for years. The Lounge has been something that I have enjoyed and retained my play. Mona at the Harrahs lounge has simply been the best for years.. Simply put if the lounges don’t reopen my wife and I will take our play elsewhere.
