My fiance is a diamond member of Caesars property. The only reason we have stayed with Caesars properties is for the nice perks of the lounge the Diamond Lounge Paris has been our favorite. . Without the perks of Diamond Lounge my fiance and I can return back to other casinos.

One of highlights of going to Caesar's properties was to enjoy exclusive perk of utilizing Laurel Lounge. Will be Las Vegas after a long waited return the month of August for a week and hope the Lounge is back in full service. Sure the long term and dedicated staff are highly anticipating return of loyal customers.

Mind boggling that a company that is supposed to specialize in customer service and what makes a customer choose your business can take away one of the more enticing perks a faithful gambler has. Now your just any other casino and your best gambling faithful are mad. Good luck with that idea.

If CET somehow sees this consider we have no need for ♦️+ if there's no lounge. You're losing a ton of play for the cost of some snacks and a few drinks. Penny wise and $ foolish.

Please re-open the lounges - they were one of the biggest reasons for being a Diamond player. Where’s the incentive now? Either increase the comps or reopen the lounges or lose customers.

I gamble for my benefits. I also understand the cost of business. Just a suggestion, people who match with founders club card are denied entrance even with RC.

Longtime Harrahs patrons and appreciate the pandemic precautions you’ve had in place. But it’s time to open the Diamond Lounges! Bring back our Mona (Prego)……just not the same Vegas trip without our relaxing Diamond experience.
