Our Loungers need to return. When I take a break in a Lounge I will return to gamble. If I go to my Hotel room for my break, I don’t return to gamble. A nap, reading or IPAD will replace the casino floor.

I've been waiting patiently for the Laurel Lounges to open and agree with all the others that it is time. People are spending big money on your casino floor and expect this benefit that we have been promised. Isn't the number one rule in business to "keep the customers happy"?

Not the only reason we go to Vegas but one of the biggest.The servers at the Paris Lounge have become like family over the years . Would be a huge mistake to not reopen. They need their jobs and we need them.

Time to open up! I have spoken to many Diamond /7 Stars members who say it's time to leave Caesars and go to were the players are appreciated.. sorry after Eldorado Resorts, Inc. took over they are not interested in the loyal players only profit! ... cutting back on every perk is not the way to go.

My husband & I are loyal players @ Harrahs for Many years. We want the Diamond lounge @ Harrahs reopened so we can see our great cocktail serves, especially Mona,Terry and Vicky, we miss them!! The new company EL Diablo(coined from a friend) obviously doesn't care about their loyal players,but they should!! Come down from your corporate tower & do the right thing for your players that have been loyal to you!!!!!bnikb
