I question the funding. Who is going to pay for what ? CHAD must find a way to be resourceful and independent and not rely on 60,000 sq. ft. mega sport pipe dreams such as those outlined in previous emails and letters to the membership. Chad's finances need to be looked at more carefully.

Tennis at CHAD has provided hundreds of urban youth and adults of all levels the opportunity to learn and play tennis--in an affordable, welcoming facility with qualified, enthusiastic and committed coaching. The bubble allows youth to learn and play tennis year-round, and affords the community a place to meet other players, have group lessons, and become part of the wider CHAD tennis family.
There are few affordable winter recreation opportunities for low-mid income urban youth. The bubble offers youth the chance to learn and play a sport that can last a lifetime.
