AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS, SD, ESTABLISHING PHASE 2 IN REOPENING OF SIOUX FALLS ACCORDING TO CDC GUIDELINES, PLUS OPENINGS OF RESTAURANTS WHEREAS, we the people of Sioux Falls rise up and wish to firmly establish our God-given rights enumerated in the US Constitution. The Mayor and Councilors of Sioux Falls have violated our 1st Amendment right by taking away our right to assemble and to freely express our religion; They have taken away our 4th Amendment right to be secure in our information. They have violated our 9th Amendment rights by showing favoritism to one class of people over another. They have trampled on the Commerce Clause by restricting commerce arbitrarily to who they determine to be “essential” and to those who are not. They have violated our State Constitution, specifically Article 6-2, our right to work; Article 6-3, freedom of religion; Article 6-4, freedom to assemble; Article 6-18, for favoring one business over another; and Article 6-26, power inherent in the people. These are actions taken unanimously by the Sioux Fall Councilors and Mayor are those of a totalitarian government and reprehensible to the good people of Sioux Falls, SD (full document at Lora Hubbel's personal facebook page
