My own shop has been dark for too long and the stress of keeping my business afloat feels heavier every day. I am currently reaching out to Representative Frederick to confirm the next steps for delivering our list to the Governor. Seeing so many of you step forward has given me real hope that my shop might finally open its doors again. Your willingness to put your business names on this list shows how desperate our entire community is to get back to work safely.

Debbie Smoller Owner/Groomer Old Town Tails LLC 709 E. César Chavez Lansing, Mi 48906 I absolutely support governor Whitmer and all that she has done for our state. I am worried about the matted dogs, and the long nails, and I am confident that we can open safely.
It is about time we open back up the groomers. Curbside is an option to limit minimal contact from person to person. Before long these animals are going to become to the point of animal cruelty, especially with many older people who have weekly/bi-weekly appointments to keep their dogs in a good condition. Open the groomers!!!

The lack of grooming for so long is a health issue for our clients! I have had 2 clients develope impacted anal glands! Grooming can be handled with zero human contact! Nanette Emmons, Town &Country dog grooming, flint mi
