Let us not give into the assumption that something that is true and beautiful should also be easy. The Church's teachings on family life are a gift to a relativistic and seriously misguided world.

We have only begun to unravel the great mysteries of marriage and family life in the modern world. Thank you for standing firm for the constant truth of the Catholic faith in these areas to give us a chance to accept the challenge our faith lays before us!

We thus far have conceived two beautiful little girls using NFP. NFP has made me, as a man, more aware and sensitive to my wife's menstrual cycle and fertility period; it has allowed me to respect her more deeply and lovingly. NFP makes sense when sexual intercourse is not at the center of an individual's thought of marriage, but rather genuine love for your spouse is.

Please, please address the issue of needing wise families rooted in God's word. Please address our men as husbands and fathers and the need to be the authorative role model to our children and protector of the wife and family.

Please continue to honor God's beautiful plan for families. We have experienced what this world holds out to us, and it does not deliver what it promises. Only with Christ's directives, as offered consistently through the teachings of the Catholic Church, do we find life in abundance. Thank you.

Using NFP in our marriage helped us to grow closer as a couple while growing closer to God. I recommend NFP to all of my married friends, whether or not they are Catholic, because of the benefits it has had on our marriage.

I am astounded by the multitude of goods that I have found through the faithful use of NFP. It is about so much more than the conception of a child! Thank you, Bishop Olmstead, for making the entire course part of marriage preparation requirements. There needs to be strong teaching that learning NFP is not mostly about not conceiving; rather, it allows rational, just regulation of the gift of fecundity.

The Church's teaching on marriage and family has been a true blessing in our lives and the source of my husband's conversion.

Natural family planning has transformed my understanding of marriage and children, helping me become more truly accepting of God's will for us. What a gift!
