M.Div., Class of 1965.. Surely PTS can find other Christian leaders far more deserving than he.

Class of 1980. This award shows disrespect for so many sisters and brothers in Christ who have served the church for so long and so well.

As an ordained teaching elder in the PC(USA) who struggled for her ordination, I am appalled by the PCA's pseudo-theology of biblical complementarianism. No proponent of this false theology should be lecturing at Princeton in a context that excludes questioning and counter-arguments. This includes Rev. Tim Keller.

This award is most disappointing. I have long respected Princeton Sem. As a beacon of light, truth, and acceptance. I hope and pray that has not changed and serious reflection and prayer lead to reconsideration.

Where are your ethics? You have disrespected all the women in the church who have long faught for gender rights.

It is unbelievable that the seminary would honor a pastor like Keller. His words are against everything I think Presbyterians stand for.

As the mother of two gay sons - I find this choice most objectionable. Please reconsider and choose someone who will love and honor and affirm all who attend PTS in equal manner. Inclusion ...NOT exclusion.

I also am grieved by the dynamics of this invitation and award. I hope God's grace and light will shine forth as we seek ways of common ground regarding the gift of sexuality and diversity. I hope we find some great learning here. God's grace abounds, even in our sinful efforts. Thanks be to God,

I believe in open dialogue. That is why I believe a person whose views differ so markedly with those of PTS and the PCUSA ought to be engaged in a different forum.
