Please help a Bella. The deterioration of this dog is evident. She is not being looked after in accordance with the animal welfare act 2006.

Please please do something to help Bella. I have been watching helplessly from the United States. Please intervene to stop this cruelty.

Can you please help this poor girl, she is clearly showing signs of suffering after being kept in this cruel environment. She has been observed by a neighbour: she had been without food and water for long periods. This is a cruel practice used by hunters (mainly lamping), who starve the dog so they are more eager to hunt. She is kept on her own with no company outside. This is detrimental to any dogs well being, dogs are social animals. She has been observed and filmed biting her bars and crying for long periods. She is wearing an electric shock collar and whilst I’m fully aware that this is still legal it doesn’t make it right and only adds to evidence that she is not being kept in any form of Adequate conditions. This collar is also at times visibly too tight for bella (again pictures taken) . The bedding that is at times provided is usually ripped up by Bella as she is doing what any dog will do in this situation. This can cause serious problems if ingested. The bedding is at time stuffed into her doghouse leaving her no room to get into it. The weather is getting colder it’s all ready too cold for her to be living like this. Her coat is short, responsible owners of this breed will have the dog wear a coat. Her ribs are on show, and whilst I’m aware that this breed do look skinny this dog is clearly too thin. In December 1st she was photographed limping on her front paw, and no help was given to her. I myself have contacted the RSPCA who have informed me this all ok. I am in no way the only one who has contacted them there have been a number of complaints about the welfare of Bella. This is completely unacceptable and the opposite of what the Rspca’s “five freedoms” state. This dog will unfortunately not last long. It is too cold and she has little food or no food. Can you please speak to the RSPCA urge them to review footage sent in by many rightly concerned people. Or it WILL be too late for her.

This had been allowed to go on for far too long. This is an animal who should be living a far different life that the one her owners are giving her. No human interaction, isolated for hours, poor feeding and incredibly harsh housing for her. Find your humanity and do something please.

Bella is wearing a shock collar, which is illegal. She's being starved so that she wants to course, which is animal cruelty. The owner should be banned from keeping animals. And then watched closely to see who his supplier is. Please do the right thing for Bella, an innocent soul.

The conditions that Bella are being kept in are beyond inhumane! She is in a prison! She is visabily suffering from cold, solatude, lack of food, water, emotional and mental stimulation. Her owners have not even provided a coat! The shock collar, while it may be technically legal, is being used in a manner that restricts all forms of the only type of communication that Bella has. Her basic freedoms are being denied and the RSPCA has ignored her confinment for months!!
