This is heartbreaking .Poor Bella needs to be rescued asap.Im disgusted that the RSPCA have done nothing despite numerous reports from concerned neighbours etc .What will it take to get action?

This dog has been left in this state for months, and the RSPCA has known about it as long. This is shocking that they (RSPCA) just ignore suffering. Not enough publicity for them? Well maybe this petition will help! It's not good publicity and shows how picky the RSPCA are about which animals they help depending on how much publicity particlar cases will give them. Get off your backsides and do something before this poor creature dies!

How the hell can the RSPCA not be actively involved in removing this poor dog? Doesn't even take an expert to realise the neglect she is suffering.
The RSPCA spends a lot money on its advertising campaigns showing neglected and abused animals so why is Bella not escaping a similar fate?
Please get her out of there and into a loving home, even if its foster care!!

The fact that all necessary proof is being provided of the long term abuse suffered by Bella, no action is being taken, is deeply deeply disturbing. She needs urgent action, she needs rescuing and her abusers need prosecuting.
