This poor girl needs rescuing ASAP all HER RIBS ARE SHOWING and why is she outside in this small cage. Unacceptable treatment the RSPCA is a disgrace for not rescuing her. Bloody DISGRACEFUL!

This is beyond cruel and barbaric, we call ourselves a nation of animal lovers, yet this is allowed to happen. Do the right thing and remove this girl to a family who have her welfare at heart.

Another poor dog with no back up
..Incompetence lies to cover their inaction..this is the RS*CA’s set procedure.Well it was our experience over a 6month period and the behaviour was consistent right up to the acting CEO at the time..
if you haven’t the powers then tell the public when you ask for their money..

I strongly urge you to help this poor dog. The RSPCA appear to be easily appeased by the owners and are not taking this as a serious issue.
