The inaction if the RSPCA is staggering, in light of the imminent danger to Bella's life! Whilst there remains life, there is still some hope, but it is dwindling. The longer it takes for any action to be taken, the less likely it is for Bella to be rescued alive, or for her to recover from the physical and psychological trauma caused by her imprisonment and torture.

Bella is clearly suffering in more ways than one. RSPCA say she isn't. Ridiculous Bella is starved cold no human interaction locked up like a prisoner wears a shock collar need I go on
