I give my full support to Nadia Shoufani who stands for justice for Palestinians. I despise those treacherous members of zionist lobby groups who justify colonial theft and oppression.,

Ms. Shoufani is a good role model for her students, standing up for the rights of an oppressed people. I hope that she will be quickly returned to the classroom.

Organizations that attempt to censor free speech must be reminded that under the Canadian Charter and UN Declaration of Human Rights freedom of thought, belief, and expression are fundamental rights essential to a democratic society. Therefore institutions such as school boards and police forces have a responsibility to uphold these laws and resist pressure from groups like B’nai Brith and the Wiesenthal Centre. These associations, rather than encourage a full and open debate on Israel’s occupation of Palestine, have made significant efforts to suppress an open discussion. Because Shoufani advocated for justice and human rights in Palestine, she was a predictable target for B’nai Brith and the Wiesenthal Centre’s ongoing campaign of repression. Ms. Shoufani's right to peaceful protest must be honoured and she must be immediately reinstated.

I find it disgusting that certain elements in Canada have attacked Ms. Nadia Shoufani unjustly.

A law suit should be taken against the school board

I am shocked to learn of what appears to be a flagrant violation of Charter Rights by the Dufferin Peel Catholic District School Board.

It is bad enough that the unscrupulous in our world turn a blind eye to Israel's unparalleled crimes, not realising that silence is complicity. Now they want to silence virtuous voices and deny them their God-given right to freedom of speech too. Deplorable to say the least.

Reinstate Ms Shoufani, she is free to have, and voice, any opinion she so chooses in her spare time.

Palestinians have the full rights in fighting Israeli occupations with all possible means. this is not optional right but rather its fully guaranteed according to united nation chapters given for any people under occupation; in this case Palestinians not different, right?

Nadia Shoufani is a loving christian mother and Aunt. The fact that she was suspended at all is flat out blasphemous. The school year begins in a weeks time and she should not miss a single day of work as teaching is her passion
