Free thought, debate and even dissent are cornerstones of free and constitutionally -protected speech in a healthy democracy. There has been no crime here, and therefore there should be no sanction against this person.

There is no Palestinie. Where is their capitol . What kind of money did they have.They are Jordanians .UN resolution 242 there has to be negotiations for final borders. The murderer ABBAS refuses to negotiate.

While I support the ideal of a secular democratic State of Israel - with pre-1967 borders - I cannot support the Israel currently governed by LIKUD and Benjamin Netanyahu and its actions where it continues to build new settlements and support old ones on stolen Palestinian land; where it contains Gaza within what amounts to a seige and where it treats Arab Israelis as second class citizens. I posed a question to PM Trudeau at an online Town Hall where he admitted - on camera - that the settlements are illegal yet when asked if he would criticize them simply replied Israel is our friend. Not good enough. Canada must take a balanced position in this dispute where both sides are its friend in order to help the two parties towards an eventual peace.

When education institutions start limiting freedom of expression society needs to worry and citizens need to mobilize and rise up against such repressive policies. Ms Shoufani's courage to speak truth to power should indeed be applauded.

Please do the right thing and let legitimate criticism of Israel be part of public discourse. To punish this teacher would be cruel and inhumane. The board needs to stand up to the Israel lobby if it cares at all about justice and democracy

Nothing is inflammatory in Nadia's speech. What she said is accepted by International regulations. The occupies has the right to resist.
We should investigate Simon Weisental and B'nai Brith and Jewish Defense League, for shielding and silencing any criticism of Israel, which broke every international law.
