I am Jewish; The (far) right-wing organization, B’nai Brith, in no way speaks for me. I was completely disgusted when I first heard about this and immediately phoned the school board and teacher's union to express my disgust. Even aside from my shame at the actions of Israel's intransigence, my belief is that this woman is speaking about the most basic of human rights. I insist that her suspension be reversed!

Someone has to tell the truth! Palestinians DO have the right to resist occupation. Not that id does them any good with world leaders allowing flagrant abuses of human rights and continued war crimes being perpetrated daily upon the Palestinians. Not just by IDF but also by extremist settlers.

The slander of those who support the freedom of Palestinians from the oppression and victimisation under the Israeli occupation is an appalling indictment of the ignorance in society today. Institutions who pride themselves on education, and truth such as Schools and Media should be ashamed of their victimisation of those who wish to see an end of this brutal occupation. Furthermore the support of this would ensure peace for both Palestinians and Israelis which is why many Jews and Israelis are also calling for an end to the occupation today. Continuing to beat on an old drum with a skewed narrative is like trying to stop evolution.
