The government appears to allow some violations of quarantine orders but arbitrarily prohibits others. It is an unjustified quarantine, considering this PRIVATE swim club is an open-air space, like that of a golf course. This is an abuse of power. The governors and other officials who have issued these orders are seeking to violate the Constitution. The law provides broad authority to our elected officials to respond to an emergency. We as American have a right to our liberties.

If we institute the social distancing mandates and take the correct steps to disinfect the pool grounds , we should able to open at out own will.

If they’re worried about public health they need to open swim clubs. Sunshine and exercise boost the immune system.
