This shut down is becoming absolutely absurd. We will lose this pool if we don’t open. We are a small private club... we could not sustain a full year of closure. Do the right thing. Open the pools. Save the small private pools in Delco. We all can’t have backyards with pools. Some of my best child hood and adult memories are at this pool. OPEN IT.

Our clubs provide a service to the community. Unlike parks and golf courses, they have on site staff that can monitor and enforce cdc guidelines for social distancing. Please provide approval for opening as well as options for funding/ financial support for 501c7 organizations. We do not meet the criteria for the current grant and loan programs. Thank you! Who are you to go against the Governor’s advice or the advice of the CDC? We all stand to loose $, but opening early may cost lives. You are NOT a health professional, so please stay in your lane. I am a physician who has COVID pts die and COVID pts suffer, some as young as in their 20s with no pre-existing health problems. You are reckless.

There is NO risk being outdoors in the sunshine and fresh air. Our children need it. Not to mention all the swimmers who’ve been out of the water for the longest stretch of their lives. OPEN THE POOLS!

We need our private clubs open for our members. Plenty of room to spread out and breathe fresh air. We shouldn’t have to ask.
