We need a better system to keep more people happy, using trails for multiple use. Therefore we need more trails for cyclists to use, as too many are off limits.

Accommodate all users appropriately (meaning to not throw bikers a bone to allow mountain biking while imposing unvalidated speed limit rules, or bogus environmental case studies!)

Are the housewives of Mill Valley really going to force kids to ride up Camino Alto, just because the horse riders refuse to be responsible equestrians?
