An excellent idea, that makes sensible use of the available right of way - why not??

Trail access cannot be a privilege for a limited group of users. Cyclists are the maybe largest group of trail users in Marin and they have at this point only very restricted access to trails. This practice needs to change..

Biking is a healthy way to get people out in nature. Access is so limited in Marin there is no connectivity and very few trails to ride. More trail will result in a happier, healthier community.

We as bikers need more quality trails to have access to.

As a Marin County property taxpayer, I would like my dollars to support trail-sharing, rather than support a private network for the elite few.

I support sharing this and other trails among all non-motorized user groups. There is little if any data to support any rational bias against increased increased trail access by mountain bikes. The negative stories we hear are largely based on fear and hyperbole, with little objective data to support the notion that mountain bikers have a negative impact.

Cycling is not a crime.

Open the trails. The equestrians really need to accept the fact that they can't exclusively own all trail rights. The lies of the minority can not be allowed to influence the rights and safety of the majority.

There is no reason this trail shouldn't be open to bicycles.

I live in San Francisco and support this petition and also opening the Alto Tunnel to bikes.

I support sharing this trail with cyclists and other users. This trail is particularly well-suited as a multi-use trail, with no risk to other users or the environment.

Nice, wide trail- should have been done long ago
