I drove past that empty space near Little Caesars again today and it just feels wrong seeing it sit there vacant. People keep telling me they agree that we deserve better lunch options on this side of town. I am currently working on a formal request to send over to their corporate development team.

Seeing this community rally around the idea of finally getting a Panera here in Pullman is beyond anything I imagined. It feels like we are actually building toward a future where we can grab a meal in that empty space by the old Starbucks.
