Fill the new school with the passion the CMS teachers bring every day. Don't cut staff members but rather redistrict, set a lottery, make it a magnet school for creative and fine arts, or sciences. Bring the students and they will thrive.

The districts planned solution of cutting educators instead of increasing access to education and diversifying perspectives represents a concerning move that goes against the values of both the families and the teachers.
