Syracuse is only upstate city with gap in the Canalway Trail. Need to fix!

Please extend the bike path along Onondaga lake

I think it is very important to provide bikers with traffic-free trails. I am excited about these projects.

Every mile of new trail inspires more people to ride bikes, promotes healthier lifestyles, and creates a more desirable community.

These projects will be awesome; and hopefully, they will be implemented SOON!!

The interconnection possibilities are endless. East & West Erie Canal, Creek Walk South, Connective Corridor, Elevated Erie Blvd. Wow.

A contiguous trail system is a huge community benefit, not just for recreation but also for bicycle commuting options.

I don't ride a bike anymore, but I'd like to be able to walk along the proposed completion of the Onondaga Lake Loop trail.

We need to have the Erie Canal connected, including from Camillus, around Onondage lake, and to Dewitt. The lake is beautiful, and it would attract many more tourists and bikers if we had the option of going around the entire lake !!

Have been waiting a lifetime for it to happen

I have been waiting years for this t o happen! I am an avid Erie canal cyclist from Camillus and also frequently bike at Onondaga Lake. Please connect them sooner rather than later!

I love both the loop the lake trail and the creek walk and use them regularly. Connecting them both to the Eerie Canal trail would be wonderful for Syracuse.

Sounds like a good idea to connect and extend the trails. Here in Sarasota FL a former unused rail track has been developed into a useful bike/walking trail. There are plans to extend this too!

The current Creekwalk is awesome and well utilized by the public. Continuation and expansion of this trail system is an essential component to making this a healthy and productive community. So many other cities have amazing trail systems to promote exercise and options to commute to work. Let Syracuse be one of the cities.
