The more walking and bicycling trails the better, obviously. Still need to see a better version of the detailed design though.

This is a wonderful idea. If we can create a path that is safe and bike friendly, I say we go for it.

I currently use the trails and bike routes but do not like having to get off and try to cross Rt 370 near the Park St. exit to continue my commute for work or for leisure rides. We need the extension for the safety of both cyclists and motorists.

As an avid runner and cyclist, there aren't very many trail or non-road options for exercise. Connecting the trails we already have is an efficient way to take advantage of the space and scenery of CNY, not to mention make it possible for races and other events, and make it easier to commute via bikes into the city increasingly accessibility and commercial benefits. Thank you for your efforts, they are appreciated every day!

This is essential for alternative travel opportunities. It would be even better if this came with a way to get around the amphitheater, since the trail is closed throughout the summer whenever there are shows there, making it virtually useless.

More linked, dedicated trails for pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles to motivate people to go outside, be active, and enjoy New York Sate would be wonderful since they are inherently safer than sharing roadways with motorized vehicles. I have no doubt this project would see a lot of use upon its completion, and I think it should be approved.

This is a great opportunity for us the public to have a voice in helping get these trails in the Syracuse area. I would love to see the trail all the way around Onondaga Lake.

This is great! To enjoy the Erie Canal trail and more destinations connected to it in the Syracuse area is a huge improvement. I love biking near the Rochester area on the Erie Canal trail for this reason... So many connections to beautiful parks and other destinations along the way! We need this!
