The negotiation between two Synod is very essential for EOTC inpurticular , negotiation must foucse about the two patriarch.
Both the patriarchs must be considered in equal level and they both should not get involved in day today administration issue.
They shall stay with duty of leading prayers and giving blessing.
Interms of the administration issue, the two patriach should slect two archbishop form theirs own side, and let the the Synod to choose.
The one who chooses by the Holy Synod could be the vise Patrarch Of the EOTC unitill one of the two patriarch last call from God.
