These food trucks are IMMENSELY popular with the people. Can we PLEASE bring Jersey up-to-date?! Born and raised here and I love it, but sometimes I travel to other states and I come home and I feel like we're trapped in the past. This is a CULTURE issue as well as a business issue.

Food trucks increase culture, commerce and joy where ever they go! My family loves seeing them out and they provide a great service when we're out enjoying other sites or events the state has to offer. Don't make it harder on than that it had to be.

Why should a food truck from Gloucester County who has been invited to a food truck festival/fund raiser in Bergen County have to apply for another permit?
