I fully support this bill. As an event planner, the process of having food trucks so approved in NJ is cumbersome and time consuming. This would be a wonderful improvement and will bring communities together more often in NJ. The closer our relationships, the stronger we are a State!

The costs involved operating Food Trucks in very high considering , Labor , Fuel, Maintenance, Food Costs, Mechanical Failure , Propane, and permits for each township etc, Pass this so the Trucks can provide you the Best at a fair Price!

Passing this bill into law will eliminate barriers for entrepreneurship while preserving valuable government resources. ONE STATE, ONE PERMIT!

I am completely for this. Currently, there is too much red tape for food trucks with all of these permits.

Too much time and resources are wasted by the towns and cities of NJ. One single statewide permit is the answer and will save taxpayers thousands of dollars.
