Streamlining the bureaucracy for any business is integral to its success. Maintaining onerous requirements only reduces business success and employment opportunities for citizens.

The red tape for food trucks is annoying for businesses trying to hire food trucks. Too many fees!!!

Owner of Fat Fox BBQ and I am fed up with paying astronomical amounts of money to towns for the same inspections I had a day before. One fee, one permit, one state!

I am planning a truck in NJ; it’s a lot of work. I also work in a store and can say each has benefits and challenges; we should not be elbowed out because people perceive it is easier. Fair competition is fair competition and trucks should be able to compete. Please help us make this a regulated process across the state so we can have a fair chance at success. Thank you.
