We have owned food trucks for 8 years and the repetitive health and fire inspections and licenses have put a huge strain on our business financially. It is unfair to make business go through so many inspections in a year. Must streamline to create an annual inspection to assure everything is current and in working order/standards.

Don't make it difficult for food trucks to operate. Establish a standard, statewide licensing process that is applicable in every county/municipality.

I believe that streamlining the licensure procedure for food truck vendors in the State of NJ will help generate more revenue for the state and enhance the food options in smaller cities and counties.
