This establishment is 10,000 time more sensitive to the community then most of the downtown businesses. The staff are all long time employees , not indicative of a business that doesn’t take care of employees. They also contribute to local charities in the community.
We need more places like this ... I’ve been member for over 18 years.

25 year resident of MB and 15 year member of 900 club. In favor of club gaining their fair hours of operation. Let's do what we can to help keep iconic Manhattan Beach establishment's in business.

I've been a resident of Manhattan Beach for 28 years and a member of the 900 Club basically since it opened. 900 Club has become a part of this great community and serves a good cross section of the South Bay (and its voters). As I understand the only thing 900 Club is asking for is to be treated fairly with respect to other establishments in the city - basically a fair & equal playing field for all Bars & Restaurants. THis is a very small ask and will benefit the community and employees of 900 Club. Thank you.

We have live in MB for 20+ years, and our entire family loves coming to the 900 club. We believe it is very unfair that both the employees and members get treated differently, compared to at other similar local establishments.

I have been a resident of California since 1991 and moved to Manhattan Beach in 1995. The 900 Club brings friends and families together in a unique and special environment. I fully support the one hour extension.

I am a long time customer and member of the 900 CLUB. I am also a homeowner, including two residences in Manhattan Beach. I vote regularly. It troubles me that 900 Club which has been in business for over 20 years in this city is treated unfairly by the city with respect to other competing businesses. I have lived in Manhattan Beach since 2001 and my fiance and co-member Mandy Roth has lived here her entire life. Her grandparents went to Mira Costa. I have been a member since 2009 and I regularly bring my clients to conduct business at the 900 Club, and enjoy the Club which is a fun and good spirited environment I can enjoy with friends, unlike some of the other bars open later, where fights regularly break out. We deserve equal rights under the law and equal treatment. The employees also deserve a fair playing field to earn a living.

As an MB resident for over 20 years, seems only equitable to allow the extra hour.

I am a 31 year Manhattan Beach resident and property owner. The 900 Club has been a solid corporate citizen of our community for many years. They have been a good listener to community concerns and have worked very hard to instill neighbor sensitivity into their members. I am most impressed with their philanthropic commitment, as I know first-hand that they have been a long-time and significant supporter of Westcoast Sports Associates, which has supported youth sports in challenged So Cal communities for 25 years. This is a request that doesn’t bestow any advantage but creates a level playing field for this operator within its business, and they have earned the right to have this accommodation. Thank you for your consideration.

I've been living in the So. Bay, since 2002 and I member of the 900 Club for 12 years, This is a great community establishment. This is where I meet and visit with friends. Opening for another hour from 12am currently to 1am is only fair and equal as other establishments are open until 2am. Thank you for this consideration.

MB home owner for nearly 20 years and long time member of 900 club, I see no reason why the club should have to closer earlier then their competitors down the street. I support this initiative and believe it is fair and reasonable...

As a resident of Manhattan Beach for the past 19 years and an employer of many of its residents as well, i have come to love that i never feel the need to leave this community. This beautiful bubble of ours has all the shopping, dining and entertaining we need. And, a big part of that is due to local restaurant and bars like the 900 club. It seems only fair that it is allowed to thrive and compete with other establishments of its nature. It is not a rowdy place and most of us bring our young kids there on a regular place. I certainly do not understand why 900 has stricter restrictions than any other similar establishment. Please reconsider.
Thanks,

I have lived in the South Bay almost my entire life and been a member of the 900 club for almost 10 years. It's a great business and a true asset to the community. I think staying open one extra hour on Thursdays is more than fair.
