So many fond memories. My daughter has been going since she was in kindergarten and now is a pa and 15. Such a great learning experience for the girls. Hope to keep Camp Winding River.

I grew up at this camp. Please allow these younger girls the opportunity to explore the place that was my home from being a daisy all the way till I graduated high school!

What a shame. No input or fundraising discussions on how to save the camps, just "closed forever." Leadership at its finest.

The sale of this fabulous camp is such a huge mistake. Although we have a great Sunny Trails family, we will survive this mistake. I hope they change their minds. This is the perfect property for a day camp, such as ours. Also for the troops activities.

Please keep the camp open .It was hea en on earth for me as a young Girl Scout . My home property butts up against the Girls Scout land . I can hear the kids in the summertime Happyness is a great thing Scout camp brings to all that attend .

Camp Winding River was a summer tradition for me from kindergarten through college. I attended as a Girl Scout, then came back as a camp counselor. My mother ran the music there. I have so many memories and hope other girls are allowed one more summer to make memories of their own.

I remember the bus ride there, singing all the Girl Scout songs. And my mom was a leader! I will never forget my experience. Other girls need the same opportunity!
