Leave it alone. This has nothing to do with being skinned, simply honoring the Indians, which have always been called Redkins! Chinese are yellow skin, negros are black skin, Caucasian is white!! So it is nothing more than skin coloring!! This is childish!

I never thought of saying I am Redskin as derogatory but instead as a honor. Being called a Redskin is also how we honor our native Americans.

I am part Cherokee and proud of my heritage..that being said I am and will forever be a UNION REDSKIN !!!

I am proud and respect our name and mascot I class of 82 and at that time we had our logo in tile on the floor of the commons area and roped off so nobody steeped on it
