California Equestrian Park and Event Center (CEPEC) would be a treasure to the Sonoma & Santa Rosa communities as well as the State of California. This is a golden opportunity to enrich the lives of Sonoma County residents. :)

CEPEC sounds like an opportunity to simultaneously use and protect the beautiful land around the developmental center; and to maintain or increase the value of surrounding property. Because it represents an opportunity not only for the county and equestrian community, but also for the surrounding residents and Glen Ellen Community, I strongly support this proposal to develop a world-class equestrian park, public park, and continued protection of scarce and precious open space.

This is a wonderful opportunity for sustainable world class equestrian facilities in Northern California that can host a wide variety of equestrian sports and international competition while providing environmental stewardship. Build it and they will come!
