Stay with phpBB, the new forum engine. It's reliable and much more modern. But bring back what made the old a.net user-friendly: Compact but readable layout, easy navigation across long threads...
The new site is not user friendly and makes the complex , difficult and time-consuming searches.
I dont want to stay on Flickr.net, bring back our Airliners.net, Site nbr. 1 of Aviation Photography and HQ photos!

With the new site, I will miss my daily routine as I won't visit as frequently as before. Passive reader for +15 years and photographer for nearly 4 years.

Change it NOW. It is not better. Less fields in the photo search, means failed searches. A waste of time. No longer an useful research tool. I don't know who came up with this stupid idea.
