Old Kerrow lies in the heart of Penwithick , Bugle and Stenalees making it a fantastic location to improve the facilities in the local area . We at old Kerrow have put plans into the council for the second time , we were not granted permission the first time because the 106 ruling was not in place . We however have a lot of support from both holiday makers and locals even our MP Steve Gilbert at the time because plans at Kerrow will create 15 jobs.

Our plans are for 18 later life living homes , club house , swimming pool , gym and restaurant etc. This would benefit the local people and holiday makers and we would work with the local schools which would use our facilities and this in turn would need 15/16 full time staff .

The site cannot been seen from the main roads and is only a short distance from Bugle. There are locals that still have not heard of us and what we are trying to build and the facilities we have on offer .

We have full support from Treverbyn school and now we need yours , you can support us by signing this petition so we can present support to the council .
