911 dispatchers need this reclassification in all states. They need to be recognized for what roll they have in being your first contact. Secretaries don’t give life saving instructions to callers, 911 dispatchers do that and more.

911 dispatchers go WELL above and beyond the call of a secretary. They are the FIRST first responder and without them, law enforcement, fire, and medical services would have no idea where to go.
