I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that I bought new. This is really scary at times. I switched to the full synthetic and have been using the slick 50 with hopes of resolving the issue. This is not normal.

I own a 2010 wrangler and all of a sudden loss of oil pressure light went on. Checked oil level and was randomly missing 2qts if oil. I own other cars and they never experience these problems

Mine is using over 1 quart in under 1,000 miles and just getting the run around from jeep. I bought it brand new in 07 and have taken very good care of this vehicle.

Prior to 30,000 miles my 2007 JK Rubicon began guzzling oil, Jeep did nothing about it. Made complaints over and over gain for years, now with 49,000 miles Jeep wants to replace the long block at a cost of about $8,000. After more than 5 weeks without my Jeep (sitting idle in a dealership with the block in many pieces) and no loaner vehicle, I threatened legal action. They are thus far willing to cover the expenses IF I pay a $3,000 copay. I refused, told them they need to cover 100% of this and can deal with my attorney instead of me now. They got them real upset; my customer service rep immediately told me he wanted to make another call; he promised to call me back in 5-10 minutes about an hour ago. Still waiting for their next move.

My wife has a 2009 jeep jk an it has been using oil since 30,000 miles. Burns about 1-11/2 q every 1500 miles. I have lifetime power train warranty but hate the fact that it uses oil. Dealer said it was within chysler limits
