This is great for a small town, but the off road portion needs to have specified trails, so we keep our desert habitat undisturbed.

In Arizona OHV are street legal and can be used in city limits like Phoenix pretty sure can work here just fine it's more revenue for the state

This would be great for Boulder City . A lot of people I know have polaris RZRs and we would love to come into town and have lunch.

Think of the extra money the city can make off the registration . Its legal in AZ and ppl love it and obey the laws there

Most ATV/UTV and golf cart riders are law abiding citizens. Don't let a few immature riders persuade you to vote no. Punish and hold accountable those that don't follow the rules and laws
