It is approved in many places in UT and AZ and has not been a problem.

I believe this is important and would have many positive benifits to the city.

As a family of four riders, we would love the opportunity to legally and safely ride to the local businesses in Boulder City.

I was born & raised in BC, but now live in Henderson. I think a trail system would be a great tourism attraction for the town. My family has a sxs & we travel to Utah all the time to several cute, little towns with trail systems. The town’s people & the tourists all seem to get along beautifully. One example is Marysvale, Ut. They have cabin properties that have been modified for rv rental usage and an annual atv/utv rally. This could be a great opportunity for BC, in my opinion.

Well deserved and needed. Scooters pay no registration yet unsafe, slow, dangerous and legal. Meanwhile harness, race cage and all our safety features and we cannot even ride where we should be allowed.

Southern NV needs more OHV friendly areas... BLM just let hundreds of acres go for development and will eventually be shuttin a lot of riding options down..

My family and friends live in and around Boulder City. I myself can see how the opening up the city to OHV's would be beneficial to the commerce of local business's. I do believe that the states laws for registration and insurance should be upheld. And safety items such as lighting, horns, signals, and be registered with its home state. OHV registration via decals still help the maintenance of our trail systems.

Boulder City needs this new form of recreation within our community. This would bring an influx of great people to Boulder City especially during the winter months.

Everyone that rides affroad vehicles are kind and courteous of other people and their homes. We will take it slow thru and passed community houses and people on horses and people walking their dogs. Once we’re a couple hundred yards away from any houses and people is where the fun shall begin!
