The new OGPlanet Launcher has caused multiple problems for many players. In order to access the game-clients, the launcher must be used. As a result the launcher has rendered the original game-launchers completely useless and in addition added an unnecessary step to access the games.Several incompatibility issues have also hindered players in result of the new program.

Players on Latale continue to experience x-trap errors and d/c problems after the update of Hell's Door, which the launcher has caused conflict with other programs installed on player's computers. There were several complaints that the client will not launch at all, or players were abruptly disconnected from the server during game-play.

No solution has been provided to this problem other than uninstalling other game clients that conflicted with the program or running the launcher twice in a timely manner to override the X-TRAP errors. The launcher is an unneeded hassle for players and is unfriendly towards games other than OGP. In addition there has been complaints that the CPU usage has been increase, thus causing a slower start-up to boot the game.

We, the community of OGPLANET, request that the additional launcher is either revoked or optional and user-friendly and that it is not required to provide access to the game client's original launchers.
