Mike was an idiot. If he is truly out of the company, then there is no reason for Valve to continue to punish this other dev, 'Val'

A great game like Paranautical Activity shouldn't be taken down just because Mike messed up. What he did was stupid, but it shouldn't ruin Code Avarice chances to make it big and shouldn't ruin Paranautical Activity's chances on Steam

Sometimes, good people do stupid things. Especially out of frustration or anger. If he left the team then there is no reason to still have the game taken down.Let's not ruin anyone else's livelihood because of one persons actions in a time of frustration.

Everyone deserves a second chance and the actions of one shouldn't damn the product of time and love from a group.

Frankly, a good game is a good game, and if a few fans are offended by the devs being assholes, then fine, they can be offended, but I don't think it means you're done in the industry, not by a longshot. If you keep creating good games, hell, decent games, people will buy it. Frankly, if EA can prosper after the shit they pull, you're nowhere near "dead" in the industry. I hope you just learn some goddamn respect after this debacle, and if you do, maybe, just maybe you'll be more than "fine".

These talented game devs need more recognition of the product in hand here. PA is well polished game that went through the entire steam process to get out of early access. By no means an easy task. I understand the frustration that came from Mike regarding the use of "Early Access" on the front page of steam. Hundreds open hundreds of hours have gone into the development of the game, only to be misrepresented on release. That's tough man.. This game deserves a second chance. It belongs on steam along with many other indie masterpieces.

Like what others are saying, I completely understand that what happened was wrong. But the guy gave everything up, not for himself but for the company. He apologized and whether or not you accept it doesn't matter, what does matter is that his associates shouldn't be penalized as well especially since they had nothing to do with the matter.

First of all I apologize if you do not understand my English is very bad. I think it happened a little steam with punishment, seriously who the fuck is serious threat for twitter, poor Gabe will make cyber-bully, seriously valve, I think mike is a little step but I think that should speak it more personal way. I think Gabe should have laughed when reading the threat
