Tibbetts Park has a lot of area not used and not viable for sport fields which could be used. We need public dog park here in Issaquah and central location preferred near walking trails so parking requirements can be low.

The time is right for Issauah to have a dog park! It will be fun and healthy for both doggies and people. And while our dog kids play and socialize, so too can people get enhanced opportunities to connect and mingle with others in our community.

As a dog owner myself, I observe *many* other dog owners living in our immediate cul de sac and the surrounding neighborhood (Montreux on Cougar Mt). Lakemont Park's little league baseball field was previously used by many as an unofficial off leash dog park; however, a "no dogs" sign appeared at some point, so it would be great to have an approved alternative!

We would love to see a dog park located at Tibbetts Park. There is a huge grass area on the south side that is rarely used. Maybe even attach the park to the creek nearby.
