Odd Down is such a valuable facility for all. It is appalling that favouritism should be displayed within the community firstly and other member of the community will not be able to pay the fee levied for their children to do sport and stay healthy. Sport is about equality so everyone to the benefit of all can take part.

When do I start....an increase like this is unbelievable. Looking at the GLL website, it seems they are not following what they preach. They say 'we're dedicated to improving the health and well being of local communities and to establishing a health lifestyle for further generations' Also 'we seek to be trustworthy, sustainable and affordable' GLL claim they 'make community services and spaces better for everyone' I question that - as not many can afford such ridiculous increases. Please reconsider.

The council should be encouraging kids to play sport and not put obstacles in the way. I understand that increases have to go thru' but keep them in line with inflation. surely the question should be asked why the increases are being applied to some groups and not others.

My best childhood days were spent playing in the fog there. I'd hate for others to miss out.

Sport should be free for everyone, not just something than the more well off can afford.

Very sad that a local community based centre is raising their prices to such a degree. Sport should be affordable to everyone not just for the ones who can afford it!!!

The focus should be on getting the kids out on grass as opposed to driving further profit out of 'not for profit' organisations. Please note that these clubs are generally run by volunteers who give up their time for the kids.

Children's sport should be ring fenced and not be exposed to price hikes of this kind. Please keep the charging fair so football can be available to ALL children.

Absolutely rediculous. Football is about a health living not profit margins.

This is outrageous. People volunteer to coach these teams for the local community. Hiking up the prices could make the clubs unaffordable for parents. Sport (especially for children) should not unaffordable, it should be encouraged!

This is terrible and goes completely against all the efforts to bring people into sport. Prices going up affects lower income families and cuts them out of joining in with such activities. It discriminates against people who are earning as much and can't be justified. These facilities should be run as non profit making facilities.

This seems to fly in the face of making sport accessible to all. We have extremely poor provision of good facilities in Bath and allowing concessions to 2 clubs is unfair - what was the criteria and why were other clubs not invited to bid/be afforded such concessions.

Stop hammering local, community-level sport Bath Council. Short-sighted decision which will have long-lasting, negative implications for our children.

This is a very short-sighted decision which will have immediate, mid and long term impact on the community.

Awful decision on this price structure
