Is this actually a residential project? Or will it be a commercial project with parking spots for 30 vehicles? Why was this supported so strongly from the City Council while other similar variance requests from homeowners were flat out denied? Why wasn't there public notice of the previous meetings? Something seems fishy here. Let's stop this insane project from destroying one of the reasons we purchased in this community.

I strongly oppose the hillside construction of the so called "Darmal" residence.

My family is strongly against this development and suggest to save this land for a community recreation park.

This project will be an eye sore for the beautiful Pacifica community!

A park seems fitting for the feel of the community and not a palatial dwelling which detracts from the character and eliminates the ocean view enjoyed by many folks from around the surrounding areas and community alike.

The view this neighborhood has is why we bought our house. We were never provided potential construction for this area in our disclosures forms.

Seriously, who builds a giant 11,600 square foot home on the side of a steep hill? It destroys exceptional views of a beautiful scenic area and will be extremely disruptive to all of us that drive down Ave. California every day! Lets stop this monstrosity from happening!!

This home (or whatever it may become) is so dissimilar to all of the homes in our HOA, which comprises the entirety of Avenida California. It is completely out of place and on a nearly blind curve, which will certainly cause unsafe conditions leading to an increase in traffic collisions at the new, and unplanned for driveway.

This building will be an eyesore to our community and block the ocean view that many of us moved here for. The greed of the builder/owner should not outweigh the inconveniences, safety concerns, and overall quality of life of the hundreds of current PSJ residents. This project must be stopped!

This is a completely inappropriate lace to build this monstrosity of a home. It blocks our views and destroys a beautiful natural habitat. This project should never have been approved and should not be allowed to move forward.

Please stop this project. This side of hill has to be left alone. This would be like allowing building a house in the middle of a public park.

I am very much opposed to this project as it will impact the natural beauty & views of this community by creating this eyesore which doesn’t conform to any of our various planned PSJ communities nor is it required to adhere to our CC&Rs.
