Stop Unsafe Development & Preserve Ocean View and Open Space

I live directly behind the site I'm concerned it's going to be a monster Airbnb. When it's build them able to look right inside the house on the back it makes me concerned I have young children

We live directly behind the proposed site, It is going to impede our view. I have questions whether it’s going to be a house or some sort of Airbnb that concerns me because I have kids directly behind and I can see from my window directly into that house when it’s going to be built

Please do not allow this massive building to take place and reconsider what is permitted taking into consideration all residents and visitors needs and desires.

Toll Brothers and all other builders in the PSJ shall definitely disclosed this critical information when people bought the house here, it is ridiculous!

Please stop the development of this home. This will not only affect the immediate neighborhood. Many people in our city use this space to take pictures and enjoy the ocean view. I walk by this community gathering spot nearly everyday and see people young and old, sitting in the chairs, eating lunch, and enjoying each other’s company. This house will block public views and take away a special spot that so many people in our city love.

The size (width) and height of the home will severely impact the beauty of the entire neighborhood. It will block nearly the entire span of the view to the ocean for thousands of current residents.

I am against the development of this private residence in the location being used in San Juan Pacifica.

honestly-why would someone "need" such a home anyway? it's not right that this person would steal away the rest of the communities views and breezes for a win of one upmanship. it's obscene.

This is ridiculous and if the project is approved Toll Brothers should be sued for non-disclosure.
