Do not approve the proposal to build the residence along Avenida California. I bought in Pacifica San Juan to enjoy open spaces and this beautiful park.

The size and scale and development of this property as proposed is completely out of line with the surrounding development. The disregard for the safety and the lack of compliance with requirements of the City of San Juan Capistrano Municipal Code and Community Development Plan should make proceeding to grant approvals to proceed with this project unacceptable. Please rescind approval of this project based upon clear violations of existing, applicable requirements.

Please help stop the construction of that residence. That open space is what makes that neighborhood special. Many people have created great memories with loved one there. It should remain open so everyone can enjoy they beautiful view.

The building of this 11,600 square foot behemoth will not only destroy our beautiful ocean views but the coastal neighborhood vibe as well. That open space with its panoramic views of Dana Point Harbor and beyond was a huge selling point for buying here in Pacifica of San Juan. We would have considered buying elsewhere had we known that building on this land parcel would destroy our million dollar views forever.

As a home owner who will be impacted, like so many of my neighbors, I am highly opposed to this project. This enormous building would be the only build on this beautiful coastal bluff and would not only heavily impact views of many properties, but it also would be a tremendous eyesore to a the community at large given it’s 2-3x as big as nearby homes and would not reflect the architectural style or scale of our community.
