I oppose this construction, the hindrance and obstruction it would present the community, and particularly the loophole it presents out of PSJ HOA dues and Mello-Roos from use of infrastructure.

Property did not go through a proper re-zoning process. Project will destabilize slope. Project will cause financial harm by blocking owners in a previously planned subdivision. Project is overscale for the approved density of the subdivision.

We are in Harbor View and paid a $350K lot premium for the privilege of the view - it's specifically why we chose the lot we did. We are also beholden to any number of different architectural and other guidelines as part of the PSJ HOA and of which this property would not be required to abide. Currently, we can see the yellow tape directly across the street from our backyard. This is most certainly not what we had in mind when we purchased (nor how it was positioned to us when we bought the lot). How can this not affect property values? This is beyond frustrating - we bought precisely because of the open space and open view. Please rescind approval of this project.

No outreach from the new owner to the surrounding neighborhoods. Doesnt seem to care about how this will affect established communities and how families currently use that space for recreation, time together, etc.

The absurdity of this build is what is wrong with America. The upper class always trying to take away from the little things that mean the most to the rest of the world like a beautiful view of the ocean.
