Safety. Less traffic and congestion. Safety! Look at how empty those HOV lanes are, while the rest of the lanes are parking lots. How would you like to be stuck in that mess on a motorcycle? I can keep myself safe, but I can't always keep myself safe from others on the road.

this would also reduce bike accidents due to distracted driving if bikes are allowed on the HOV

Definitely should be legal for motorcycles to use the HOV lane after all just our existence reduces emissions.

If the goal of HOV lanes is fuel efficiency and lower traffic volume then motorcycle accessibility is a natural fit for these lanes.

This would save a lot of careless accidents. And Motirists would be more aware of us on the HOV lanes. Thank you.

Single bikers allowed on the 400 series HOV lanes also provides safety for the bikers, not to mention reducing fuel emissions, fuel economy and helping ease traffic congestion

Please let motorcycles with one rider access to HOV lanes. A single rider takes up less space on the road, emits less pollution. Also the position of the HOV lane is the safest lane to ride in as there is no chance of being cut off from the left.

It would be so much safer for bikers to get them out of stop and go traffic not to mention the unnecessary danger bikers are put in when their air cooled motors over heat
